My favorite part of Halloween is, of course, the candy. The first candy I think about when I think about Halloween is Candy Corn. I'm not the biggest fan of regular Candy Corn but I like the candy corn with the chocolate at the bottom. I decided to use Indian Corn, or as I call them Chocolate Candy Corn, to make a Halloween treat.
This bark is really easy to make and is a great treat for any Halloween party. It only uses three ingredients: semi-sweet chocolate chips, Chocolate Candy Corn, and Pretzel M&M's. This was a delicious sweet treat, that you should make for your upcoming Halloween celebration.
Chocolate Candy Corn Pretzel Bark
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 cup Indian Corn or Chocolate Candy Corn
1 cup Pretzel M&M's
1. Stir 3/4 cup of the Candy Corn and the Pretzel M&M's into the melted chocolate.
2. Spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly onto a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Sprinkle the remaining Candy Corn on top of the chocolate.
3. Freeze for about 10 minutes or refrigerate for an hour or until the bark is set.
4. Once the bark is set, break it into pieces.

I prefer the Indian Candy Corn too! I like that you made this with chocolate instead of white chocolate! Way to change it up!
ReplyDeleteLooks delish! I've never seen chocolate candy corn before, though... I wonder if it would work with regular candy corn? Either way, I'm pinning it to make for our church Autumn Festival! :)
