I hope that everyone is having a great week!  I can't wait until this weekend. My birthday is on Sunday.  My mom and sister and I are going for massages and lunch on Saturday and then on Sunday, my son, husband, and I will probably go out to dinner.  I hope that everyone has a fantastic weekend!

Slow Cooker Garlic and Brown Sugar Chicken by What's Cooking in the Burbs.  This chicken looks so delicious. This looks like a great an easy meal!


My Favorites:

Kit-Kat Cake by Love Bakes Good Cakes.  This cake looks amazing!!! I have seen a bunch of these kit-kat cakes around, but I really like this version because it is a Peanut Butter Cake with Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting, Reese's Pieces, and of course Kit-Kats! You can't get any better than that!


Root Beer Float Cupcakes by Country Momma Cooks.  I used to have root beer floats all the time as a kid.  These cupcakes take me back.  They look wonderful!



Shirt to Pillow Upcycle by SaltTree.  This pillow is so cute! What a great way to reuse a shirt that you don't want anymore!




Harry Potter Party by Sugar Bean Bakers.  This party looks like it was fantastic!! I am a fan of the Harry Potter books, so I really like all of the ideas that she came up with!




Pecan Pie Muffins by Call Me PMc.  These muffins so delicious! These a a great alternative to making a whole pecan pie!

    it's been a stellar week of sun and summer - i cant wait for another scorcher of a weekend this coming one. it'll give me a chance to eat more of my link up: crisp watermelon salad with fresh cheese, marcona almonds, basil and a honey'd creme fraiche dressing. ooooh summer!
