Friday February 24 is National Tortilla Chip Day.  In honor of this "holiday" I thought I would post a collection of nacho recipes.  Some of these recipes are also perfect for celebrating St. Patrick's Day. Some of these nachos include tortilla chips, while others are nacho like or are desserts.  I never knew that there were dessert nachos until I started looking for nacho recipes, these look so good.  These recipes are great for a party, to make for a snack or appetizer, or for dinner.
